· Working to identify businesses with staff retention issues;
· Identifying people at risk of losing their job through local and neighbourhood networks and liaison with wider partners;
· Providing information advice and guidance to employees who are at risk of having to leave their job due to any number of reasons;
· Referring employees to appropriate specialised services that are able to support the person stay in work;
· Administering a small flexible pot of funding to pay for any additional assistance required to remain in employment;
· Contributing towards wider learning about how existing services are resourced to meet the demand from employees at risk of having to leave their employment;
