Story Title

InWork Support Project Still Going Strong!

The Tees Valley InWork Support Project (TVIWSP) has helped a number of businesses and employees since the Project began delivery in August 2010.

The flexible nature of the support offered, dealing with all issues an employee may be faced with (including anything going on at home or in someone’s personal life) means that staff are more able to remain in work, despite any difficulties, and have managed to return to their workplace following a period of sickness absence.

Based within the Business Engagement Team at Darlington Town Hall, Nicola Coombe can help you address staff issues you may be experiencing, and link you in with appropriate local support for both you and your employees.

Generally working with employees themselves on a one-to-one, free and confidential basis, support from Nicola has proved vital in helping a number of people overcome any negative issues facing them, ensuring their wellbeing during tough times.

If you as a business would like to access some health sessions within the workplace, or are keen to move forward with the Darlington Investors In Health Award, please get in touch.

TVIWS Project assistance will be available until March 2012.

For more information, and to discuss how the Project may be able to help your business and your staff, please contact Nicola Coombe on 01325 388 367
